Artifical Intelligence

Both our textile software jTEX and jPM applications integrate seamlessly with our Artificial Intelligence (AI) modules. Initially we have developed a configurable AI module that can use defined parameters to optimally sequence and schedule all the manufacturing operations to optimise efficiency and costs at a touch of a button. 

We have also begun development on other AI modules such as machine preventative maintenance which again uses configurable parameters and existing data collected using our jPM application to automatically recommend maintenance requirements to keep manufacturing operations running in an optimal way. 

As more AI technologies become available our open-source framework provides a future proof platform to embrace and benefit from these developments.
