The future of manufacturing management is today

Is there anything more frustrating than not feeling as in control as you would like? Why can’t systems talk to each other? It doesn’t need to be that way.

Take a look at the key areas in which Juno’s jTEX textile system could revolutionise your business.

Pre-production

A common area of inefficiency for many textile manufacturers is management of yarn stocks. Making sure you have enough yarn to deliver the work you have planned, our systems will give you totally visibility of your yarn stocks, helping with just-in-time ordering and by providing accurate stock figures every day.

You may also use other raw materials that may be utilised or converted as part of your manufacturing process. Just like yarn, our systems can keep track of your raw material stocks, even coping with partial conversion of stock units.

Through production

When it comes to weaving textiles jTEX can accommodate every stage of the process and can be configured in line with how your facility operates. Taking into account warping, drawing-in, weaving, inspection, mending, finishing, Quality Assurance and warehousing. Total visibility and total control; one system to provide you with the insight and management information to make the decisions and pull the levers that will drive efficiency and profitability.

Post-production

Whether what you manufacture is sold in the same form as when it leaves the production line, is converted through multiple processes or sold in smaller units, jTEX can handle the warehousing, stock management and order processing for you. Whether you sell full pieces, part pieces, cut-lengths or even a combination of all of the above with other merchanted or bought in elements, jTEX has that capability and can be configured to work seamlessly with your business.
